Journalism Mentorship Program

The East Palo Alto Center for Community Media created the East Palo Alto Journalism Mentorship Program to provide community residents with the journalism skills they need to contribute to East Palo Alto Today, to the newspaper's website and to the center's video programming. The mentorship program offered its first workshop in August 2003 and graduated 8 students. The Center has established a working relationship with nearby schools to give local students an opportunity to gain writing and editing experience. Please contact the East Palo Alto Center if you are interested in participating in our Journalism Mentorship Program.
