Television Interview with Dr. Clayborne Carson

 

Picture of Dr. Clayborne Carson  You are cordially invited to participate in an in-studio discussion   with Dr. Clayborne Carson.

  Dr. Carson is a history professor at Stanford University and the   founding director of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Research and   Education Institute, which is located at Stanford.

  According to a description on the institute's homepage on the   Stanford University website, "Dr. Clayborne Carson has   devoted his professional life to the study of Martin Luther   King, Jr., and the movements King inspired."

Now, you can hear in person Dr. Carson share his reflections on King's current legacy and the state of America under the leadership of President Barack Obama. You'll also have an opportunity to participate in the discussion with Dr. Carson.

Dr. Carson will be interviewed on the Talking with Henrietta television show this Thursday, July 23, 2009. The one hour interview will take place at 7 p.m. at the Media Center, which is located at 900 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto, CA.
