Television discussion with:
Dr. Emmett Carson and Kim Reeves
You are cordially invited to participate in an in-studio discussion on the Changing World of Grantmaking.
The discussion will take place on the Talking with Henrietta television show on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 7 p.m.
Dr. Emmett Carson, the CEO of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Kim Reeves, the Senior Vice President of Resource and Development for the Silicon Valley United Way, are the featured guests.
The show's participants will discuss how grantmaking organizations are responding to the economic downturn, steps nonprofits can take to deal with the current economic landscape and what the future holds for both grantmakers and grant recipients.
The one hour discussion will take place at the Media Center, which is located at 900 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto, CA. All guests are asked to arrive by 6:45 p.m.
